From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, we deliver within 5 business days. All orders are processed Monday through Friday (Saturday only where the service is available), excluding Sunday and holidays. Treble Black cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.
We deliver worldwide. For any unforseen location restrictions where delivery can not be made possible, you will be informed and refunded in full.
For security reasons, all Treble Black purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the driver will attempt to leave with a neighbour. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, the package will be returned to sender. The Courier may request to show an ID to the Client (or a nominated representative) receiving the parcel.

MACHINE WASH YOUR ITEMS COLD AND HANG TO DRY TO PREVENT SHRINKING AND FADING.
ENSURE ALL ITEMS ARE IRONED ON REVERSE.
For online purchases, Treble Black will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original proof of purchase, original Treble Black packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Treble Black reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Treble Black's sole discretion.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of the notification of the Client's cancellation of the order. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
